Bug : calls to foreign (local) numbers does not prepend national prefix code

For example, i have +3582134567 saved as contact a. With intl prefix (that is, +358). Assume now i travel abroad. I have called contact a before leaving abroad, and now want to call again (while being abroad). What happens? Phone does NOT call full nr with international code, resulting in a call to ( in this case) 2134567. This can only be fixed by reopening the relative contact card from the contacts app.

This can only be fixed by reopening the relative contact card from the contacts app.
