offer option to scramble PIN layout when unlocking device
requesting this feature seen on Cyanogenmod

With this option selected, each time the PIN layout is shown in order for the user to unlock the screen, the layout is (likely) different.
Of course this would mean one has to look at the device in order to unlock it. Hence this feature would be optional.
