apps on lockscreen bug
dont know how I did this. anyway apps were floating on screen when on lockscreen or swiped to appss screen and on both occasions they didnt respond to selecting. apps could be opened from apps screen and closed via close from up, in the app. long press didnt also work in lockscreen, apps screen.
rebooting solved problem anyway.
my best guess is whatsapp android app that caused this. after swiping to apps screen from whatsapp.
