When I select Transfers in browser I will get 'Share link' menu and when I click icon that is same as for 'Mobile Network' I'll get 'Transfers' menu.

Edit: Since this looks like to be more design error instead of being a bug: Three circles are originally used for Transfers in system settings so using the same icon for different operation makes user interface inconsistent.

Edit: 7.9.2015 - Fixed in 1.1.9.28 - mobile connection enable/disable has a new icon.
