[request] keep android background connections alive

Due to the lack of communicating apps on Sailfish, that almost every one uses nowadays, we, Jolla users rely heavily on android apps (whatsapp, bbm, viber,etc...) So I, and sure many others as well, will appreciate a fully working android apps that still work in the background just like they do on any android device. In fact I have always wondered how people keep talking about this issue and how one should keep whatsapp, for example, running the whole time to receive messages, and no one submitted an actual request to jolla. And especially since they (JOLLA) are advertising android app compatibility from the very beginning, I guess we should have a fully compatible android apps and not semi-compatible apps!
