Please don't replace bottom-swipe action with launcher - events-view is where the action happens, that is what we need from everywhere. This is a multitasking OS, most apps we use will be minimized on home-screen anyway.

Also note that there is a grey indicator showing new users that there is something to swipe in (ugly). How about one of your tutorial overlays instead?
