Browser: Add pulley menu at the bottom of the tab view
If you go to the tabs view of the new Browser (in 1.1.2.16), you often discover that you current tab is the last tab on the bottom. If you want to open a new tab via pulley menu you have to scroll up. It would be more comfortable if there was the same pulley menu also at the bottom edge.
