Most of the time when I close the browser, it's because I'm done and no longer wish to view any of the open tabs. The current implementation stores all open tabs and restores them when I open the browser. I then have to wait for all apps to load before opening a new page, or close all apps myself while they're loading. Please add an option to the browser to start without previously open tabs.
