Occurrence: Often but not every time. Description: When an Android application opens numeric soft keyboard, the bottom row containing * 0 and # characters is missing. When I press some other number (1-9) the bottom row appears after that.
Use case: If the number sequence I want to write starts with zero, I first have to press some other number, then delete it using backspace and start with zero again.
