I have trouble connecting Jolla to my computer in a Suite mode. After I plug it to the USB cable and press "PC Suite" nothing happens most of the time. How to fix?

I have trouble connecting Jolla to my computer in a Suite mode. After I plug it to the USB cable and press "PC Suite" Connection" i can hear both PC and phone sounding the connection sound but nothing else happens most of the time. How to fix?
