When the device's time zone changes, Android apps keeps using the old time zone. This is evident when travelling between time zones with automatic update enabled: After connecting to the mobile network in the new time zone, the SailfishOS clock will immediately notice, and show the correct time. Android apps, however, will not. systemctl restart aliendalvik.service
(or rebooting the device) fixes this.
An easy way of reproducing the bug is to disable automatic update and manually change the time zone to some random one, and start an Android app that shows what time it is.
