caldav integration does not honour time zones

I tested this using Zimbra webmail (8.6) server , and Thunderbird/Lightning and Jolla as caldav clients configure

Routine to reproduce the issue: - Create an appointment at 11:00 with UTC+0200 (CEST) in the Zimbra web UI or Thunderbird. UTC+0200 is the default time zone in my setups now. - Sync Thunderbird and observe the entry appearing there and in the Zimbra webmail - Sync Jolla and observe the entry appearing in the calendar.

What happens is that Thunderbird and Zimbra webmail displays the entry correctly at 11:00. Jolla displays it at 12:00(!).

If the appointment is created at 09:00 with the time zone set to UTC+0000 (GMT), the entry appears in Thunderbird, webmail and Jolla at the correct time in the current time zone, 11:00 (UTC+0200)
