Based on the latest update where it mentions a change to a different IPS panel for the tablet, I got to thinking that it'd be pretty great if support could be built in for using a colorimeter (such as from X-Rite or Spyder) to provide an ICC profile which can be used by the OS and Apps to display media (video/photos) for a consistent view across devices. Plus, if in the future a wide-gamut offering is used for Media folks, that could be spectacular for on-set viewing :)

Edit: up - Does Sailfish OS support any CMS? It would be great to use for example gamma correction to tune up the image quality to its top on different displays
