I want to have a selectable funktion in System > wlan // System > mobile network for autoreenable and connect to network on active demand

Example:

I always disable my mobile network and Wlan to save battery life, but if i open a app / browser or unlock the device i want that it reconnect to the best available network automatically like it was on N900.

I think it was bevor 1.0.0 the same behavier
