Microphone not working
Hey guys,
I've been facing a frustrating issue with my Jolla. It appears to have some malfunction with microphone. During calls, I can only speak on speakerphone. When I try to talk with the device on my ear, the screen blocks (as it should), but I can't hear anything.
I take really good care of my Jolla, never dropped it or something. I've just reset the device, but the problem persists.
Can anyone help me? Using last OS version.

I've been facing a frustrating issue with my Jolla. It appears to have some malfunction with microphone. receive speaker, which started someday without any specific reason. During calls, I can only speak talk on speakerphone. When I try to talk with the device on my ear, the screen blocks (as it should), but I can't hear anything.anything - the person on the other line, though, can hear me perfectly.
I take really good care of my Jolla, never dropped it or something. I've just reset the device, but the problem persists.persists. This is really frustrating, as I have the device for about 6 months only.

During calls, I can only talk on speakerphone. When I try to talk with the device on my ear, the screen blocks (as it should), but I can't hear anything - the person on the other line, though, can hear me perfectly.
