The android numeric keyboard that pops up when asked for entering an ip address in an Android app, is lacking a 'dot' key. There are ten numbers (0 - 9) and a comma and a white space key, but there is not a dot. Entering ip addresses can only be done using copy and paste from a sailfish text editor.
