[bug] homescreen operator name display doesn't cycle showing time in regular intervals
when i'm at the home screen, I can see the date being displayed at the top. it then cycles to show the operator name (happens after about 2-3 seconds). but once it's at the operator name, it doesn't cycle back to time within the same time period.
when I tap on the homescreen (which causes it to bounce once), the date is then displayed and the behaviour above is repeated.
