I would love if SailfishOS was smart enough to automatically remove the missed call notification icon from the lock screen if the same caller successfully called me on a second attempt. It sometimes happens that I notice the notification icon at a later time and then call back just to find out it was a missed call that occurred earlier. It's just more convenient if the notification icon goes away under the given circumstance.
