weird behaviour on opening android applications

Launching android apps via command line (for instance with the "Exec" command from the .desktop file) results in funny behaviour. For example: - Whatsapp apk -> raises window only every second launch - Flappy bird unofficial port to sailfishos -> raises window just fine every single launch

The difference seems to be given in the entry point used by the alien dalvik. For instance, Whatsapp apk is : Exec=apkd-launcher /data/app/com.whatsapp-1.apk com.whatsapp/com.whatsapp.Main

While the Flappy bird unofficial port to SFOS is:

Exec=apkd-launcher /data/app/air.CH4399.games.SuperMarioBros-1.apk air.CH4399.games.SuperMarioBros/air.CH4399.games.SuperMarioBros.AppEntry
