Hello there, i had troubles with my both speakers. they are not very loud. instead they are cracking i have improved the behaviour of the loudspeaker as suggested here: cleaning contacts and am planing to replace it
what realy troubles me is the Receiver / ear speaker. it is cracking badly and people are realy hard to understand. i guess my warranty is gone after opening the phone ;-) has anybody tried to replace it ? a cook receipt how to continue the dismantling to reach the Speaker would be appriciated. i have some respect as my last phone died during 'repairs'

remove screws, take care it's two different types, so remember which was where
where:
lift from botton
botton to remove the black cover
there is one screw that holds the metalic edge, again lift from botton to top
now remove one more screw and disconnect circuit board, just lift them gently with a knife or something - the obvious black cable on the left - two near the battery - two at the top on the left
then gently lift the circuit board. (on the right its snapped in) the front camera is glued in, but i was able to get it out together with the board
the result:

i have used the Nokia Lumia 720 earpiece and HTC One X Loudspeaker. both ordered at BisLinks (U.K.) total costs less then 10 euros
here is a description how to dismantle your Jolla to reach replace both of themthem:

then gently lift the circuit board. (on the right one side is a screw on the other its snapped in)
the front camera is glued in, but i was able to get it out together with the board
the result:
use a screwdriver or a knife to get out the speakers. the original earpiece died during the procedure. i glued the new in with 4 tiny drops of glue
the only tricky part during assembly are the connectors. be patient ! i spent 15 minutes to connect them all yes the cracking is gone, both do sound better then the originals !

the loudspeaker was easier to remove, the HTC one is self sticking, so no problems here
