Support for hardware keyboard shortcuts

I suggest Jolla to implement support for hardware keyboard shortcuts into SailfishOS and recommend app developers to implement custom shortcuts in their apps.

General shortcuts for swiping right and left (eg. Alt + r/l), pull down (eg. Alt p) and app specific shortcuts like N for Next, P for Prev, D for Delete in Mail app, P/Space for Play/Pause in media apps etc.

I think this would be great to include in the OS itself. Whatever they own a TOHKBD or want to use a bluetooth keyboard with their SailfishOS-powered phone or tablet this would be an unlike keyboard experience.
