Headings in the list of conversations

I see a list of conversations divided, presumably, according to date, i.e. today's messages without a date heading, yesterday's messages with the "Yesterday" heading, etc.

However, older messages e.g. from 1.1.14 and 31.12.13, are listed in sections marked with the "Yesterday" heading as well. This does not seem to be correct, does it? Any idea why of the past the list knows merely yesterday?

Also, I would myself prefer that a full date/time be shown at each message in the list, otherwise with a lot of messages within a day I need to scroll up to see the heading (I am not sure what it exactly shows, though).

My Jolla is running 1.0.2.5.

I have noticed this too. Now for example, a message received on Sunday is shown under the heading "Yesterday" although today is Wednesday.

I experience this problem too...

I would also appreciate a full date/time (and the Phone-Number) under each message in the message overview. Just as it is in the individual conversation.

Date stamps in Messages are still not fixed more than four years later...

@nthn

This only seems to occur when data is restored from a backup, otherwise, it is not a problem for me (Jolla1 ~ 2.1.4.14).

@Edz: make sure you keep the Messages application open for a couple of days/weeks. The timestamps are never properly updated. You'll certainly notice it in the morning, when you haven't yet received any texts on that day, the messages from yesterday will still show up as if they were sent today.
