Hi there,

what happened to the top-swipe action in 1.1.7?

  • In an app, it just minimizes the app (like swipe from the side), but doesn't close the app anymore.
  • In the home screen it does noting, instead of locking the screen?

Is this intentional or a bug?

How to quickly close an app now and lock the screen without the hardware button? Are there now gestures I didn't discovered, yet? I really miss these possibilities! :-(

Top swipe does work with my Jolla at the same version. Do you have it on in settings?

I think it's only a misconfiguration.

Please check settings and the the second point (Shortcuts), here you can configure what a top swipe will do.

You're right. Actually I reset the phone to factory defaults and then upgraded it to 1.1.7. I totally forgot that I once actively enabled the top swipe action. Thank you ver much for the remainder!
