There is a tutorial app on the phone that you can run to get basic usage directions.

There IS some documentation of Sailfish Silica (for UI/UX?) in SDK package, also, those two example apps shipped with SDK are good references. Other parts are just normal Qt5 and you can find tutorials all over the Internet, such as www.qt.io or Chinese-localized version on CSDN, or even a local bookstore near you.
