Intex (Aqua Fish) developer devices

Just asking... will the Intex brand devices be available in EU for developers? (for purchase is also ok)
As there are rumors that the Aqua Fish would be TOH compatible, and if these are true, it would be great to have one for testing compatibility with active TOH's (TOHOLED, TOHKBD et al).
Additionally i have some apps that use hw specific things, like chargemon, i2ctool.
Personal opinion - I don't think it will be available outside India initially. But you may still be able to purchase it through a third-party online.
