[Bug] PIN is not requested when switching to SIM with PIN enabled

I always disable PIN on my SIM cards, and my current card has it disabled from my Jolla. My Jolla therefore has "Require PIN code" disabled in settings. But when I inserted a new SIM card with PIN enabled the Jolla did not request me to enter the PIN for this card at boot but continued to boot all the way. That had the effect that the SIM was disabled and I had no way to make a call, even though it was registered in the network (my guess is that emergency calls would have worked). I had to go into settings, enable PIN and enter the new PIN to make it work (then I disabled it again).

I expect the Jolla to detect PIN required for the new SIM card.
