[bug] [1.1.7.28] android volume muted by default [released]

Zedge (with one downloaded android notification configured)
Conversations (configured to use this notification and run in background)
What i do: boot-up jolla. Send message to Conversations on jolla
what happens: no notification tone, but an silent notification in events view.
then: start Zedge -> Downloads -> play downloaded tone: tone plays, but warning: "sound deactivated. please increase volume" (when i replay it, no warning occurs)
after this, i get notification sounds and silent notification in events view.
this is reproducible, every time i reboot my phone, it is the same.
