Adjustment of the Brightness and Ringtone Volume is missing in Settings Homescreen [answered]

As written above since today the both Settings are missing on the "Homescreen" of the Settings App. I can adjust both if I go through Settings -> System -> Display / Sounds and Feedback, but it was easier having them right there. I already tried reeboting the phone and I also made the new update, but it is still disapeared. Does anyone know how to get them back?
