Favorite apps pulley menu should be available also in home screen and not only in lock screen. This menu was probably the feature I used most often and lack of it is so far only fault I've found in Sailfish OS 2.0.

Totally agree, it feels like the home screen is missing pulley menu whatever its contents was.

There is a hidden pulley menu, shown if you long press on an empty space on the home screen (the same holds for the events screen)...

@paulvt, the long press pulley menu only contains "Close all" – not the shortcuts that are available on the lock screen and that this question is about.

@ssahla sure, but it could be added there..

I did kind of the same remark : https://together.jolla.com/question/107685/release-notes-119eineheminlampi-early-access/?answer=107845#post-id-107845

Basicly we should have shortcut at least for quick use : camera, connexion switch... More than ambiance I change every 2 months

Nice to see that someone also misses this feature. In my opinion, it is also important that the shortcuts are customisable and maybe there should be more than three shortcuts available at once.

I am not sure about what you mean by quick use shortcut but you have access at the pulley menu from the lock screen. Mine is configured as default with camera, phone and settings shortcuts. I don't understand why we lost one compared with 1.1.7 but it works well and fast... as before.

I'll give an example for the quick use : you open the camera because you just have a happening in the street, you shoot, you close the app. You don't need the camera app opened all the time. And we are talking about Sailfish 2.0 and the pulley menu is gone there AND home screen.

It is still in the lock screen of 1.1.9.28 (Sailfish 2.0 UI).
