[1.1.9.28 ea] No icon shown for exhange e-mail account on notifications/lock-screen

There is no icon shown in either lock-screen (number of new emails shown only) or notifications screen for new emails on my exchange account.
Do you see correct Exchange icon on Account page? Do you see icon for SMS for example? Could you delete and recreate the account? If none helps, you may have to reinstall icon package...
