I am not able to access internet . So i called my service provider , he told me change access point settings manually . How to add a access point settings ?

Open Settings, then do the following:

Select System
Select Mobile network
Long tap on Internet (same where you switch it on/off)
Select edit from the drop down list ...
Profit!
