Phone reboots every 2mins after installing Sailfish OS 2.0

Afterthe bug that whatsapp and hike and other apps were not running , i have found another bug . I have reinstalled whatsapp and hike again and jow when i dwitch on my data connection my phone reboots. This continuous every 2mins. So basically my phone works gor 2 mins and again reboots. Please help , my phone is in bad condition.

Old trick. Remove the battery for like 10 minutes. And cross your fingers :)

Nope that doesnt work ! Now my phone is permanently in boot loop. Cant get pass the Jolla Logo after the recent restart !

Then you should search for 'boot loop'. A lot of posts mentions it. Good luck!

Yeah finding way how to get out of boot loop. I am a newbie so cant get along well.

sadly now after the following procedure i update to the latest stable update ie. Bjorntrasket and now whenever i start my jolla or use it for calls or start any app, my phone just stups down and again goes into bootloop. After removing the battery when i start it again , phone works for 2-3mins and then again the bootloop. Help please !

Have you cleaned the pins for the battery? There are some tricks. And if the boot loop still exist. Then use the guide again. But leave the battery away for another 30 minutes. Let's hope this will solve your problem. Otherwise, Jolla Care.

@AmadeusXnet I have done everything i can , cleaned the pins , put out battery away for even a day , But didnt help. Maybe i have to send my jolla for repairs. :(
