Were there hardware updates on the phone?
Hi,
I have an early phone from 2013 (JP-1301) and I am thinking about getting a new one. Where there some hardware updates along the way or will I get the exact same phone?
I am asking because currently I do have two hardware issues (shut downs and speaker) that I do not want to have again.
[Update] I know about the work arounds for the two issues. The point is, will I have the same issues with a new phone?
The shutdowns might be a physical battery issue: https://together.jolla.com/question/37480/wiki-battery-random-reboots-shutdowns-cause-impedance-problem-and-solution/

Shoppinguin ( 2015-09-19 09:27:43 +0200 )edit@FloR707 This might be a bit unconventional (I am not sure if such a post is allowed here), but if you are interested in buying one, would you like to consider buying mine? I have had it for about 10 months now and the phone is in excellent condition. Fortunately have not faced the battery or the speaker issue so far. My battery is in good condition and the phone easily lasts more than a day.
I also have 2 of the other halfs - black and aloe which I will include. Let me know if you are interested.
