What is the current status of the Jolla Devices company?

I'm not aware of having heard anything since the initial press announcement that Jolla was reforming into separate software and hardware companies, now several months ago?

Even if there is not very much happening as yet ('original' Jolla is understandably currently very busy with the tablet release just now (I assume that it is still 'original' Jolla taking care of this?)), from a PR perspective it makes sense to issue news updates from time to time, otherwise people might start to feel a little uneasy: no news is not always good news..(!)

Wait, what? They want the name Jolla for the company maintaining SailfishOS? Wouldn't it make more sense to name the hardware company Jolla (after all there are two Jolla devices on the market) and name the software company Sailfish ?

Are there any updates what happened to the Jolla hardware company? I think it is time for some new devices since the phones start to die slowly and we have no alternative: Turing Phone (unsure if scam or real) Fairphone 2 no official support.all others (AquaFish) either not everywhere available or supported or simply not in big enough numbers (Jolla C)
