Browser: jumpy touch scroll response

In the recent update I found the browser responding badly to my scrolling. Sometimes even lifting my finger cause a bug jump up or down. I try to scroll slowly but occasionally it jumps during this. And it gets annoying.
Please make it less sensitive.
