Call voice mail on notification click

Hi,
I don't know if it's a bug or just a missing feature. Well I get a voice mail, I have a notification -> Great ! When I click on this notification, the calling app is lunch -> Great ! But Why do not directly make a call to the voice Mail ?
I check and the number of my voice mail is configured, so I think it's a missing feature or a bug.
