Ahoy Sailors,
Another nice option would be possibility to change color of RGB LED... This way we could customize our Jolla even more... I could make sms message RGB LED to became blue , missed call orange , exchange email yellow , gmail red etc... I hope this would be possible...

Let's hope this possibility to change notification led colors will be also "officially" added feature in Jolla's oncoming future updates. Possibility to choose preferred notification led colors for different ambiences would be also very nice.

Settings to change the led color for every app sounds nice.
I also loved the option in BB10 to customize the led color for singel contacts. My wife got their own color for missed calls and BBM chats, so its easy to see if its important or not without touching the phone.

I'm also looking for a way to personnalise the notification LED colors, and I would especially like to make it blink when gmail app has a notification.
Would that be possible? I see nothing on github...

Missing this since I started using my Jolla.
Unfortunately, none of the developer take this yet. :( Its not so easy or it is impossible because of appl permissions (changing system file). May be on SFOS 2.x it is possible?
There is "Add enablers for runtime led configuration" task in mer bugzilla -> https://bugs.merproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1366
Whenever I have time to finish implementation of that, it would mean that existing led patterns can be customized without editing system configuration files / restarting mce service.

Would be nice to have this feature also on calender app as optional feature so that anniversaries, birthdays, tasks etc. could have a different colored led lightning for each selection.
