[bug] cannot scroll browser when download remorse timer is visible

as it says, click on a file to download.
then when the remorse timer is counting down
click on the back button in the browser
once the previous page has loaded and while the remorse timer is still visible, you cannot scroll the page on the browser.
this happens with 1.1.9.28
Confirmed. You do not even need to bother with the back button. Scrolling on the same page does not work either. (I fixed a typo in your title. I hope you don't mind.)
