[Bug] Jolla Tablet - new apps are not in new order in Jolla Store [not relevant]

So you are suggesting that when an app is updated it should jump on top of the list? Then the new apps would have updatedandnew apps on the top of the list, how confusing is that?

I would suggest that Jolla should add a section for Recently updated. This way the user could see if an app has got some improvements. I sometimes wait to install an app to see how it develops, and it would be easy to follow all the apps in such a list.

No. I am saying that new Tablet apps are not shown on the list first. Nothing to do with update from Tablet point of view as it is new app.

(But your idea about Recently updated list would also be nice.)

But if it's an existing app for the phone, then it's only updated to run in the Tablet, hence it's not a new app, but an updated one, thus not showing in the new apps list. -> we need a list of updated apps.

If one don't own phone but only tablet its not an update if that specific application has not been in Tablet store.

This means that Tablet owners need to go the whole store through every day to see if there is something new in.

The repository can't distinguish between an updated app and a released for X or Y device, because it really is only an updated package, not a new app in the Store, that's the problem. The app is still the same, only the package changes. That's the reason the Store should have recently updated, the New Apps is useless now when there's more than one device.
