Issue in progression to developer mode and Jolla-Store downloads

Both of these occurred at the same time after latest update. I can't access terminal without developer mode, so I can't fix bug from Jolla-store. Developer mode just stop's loading to 3/4. In store I can start downloading but it will just wait download to begin for forever. Is there any other way like deleting some file... Do I really have to reset factory settings?
Jolla, schedule this for the next update. Phone is awesome :)
