How to get "paste" icon on the right side of keyboard ?

Hi
Can someone help me please ?
I often use the Hebrew keyboard and want to change the "paste" icon and start of predictive Hebrew words from left side to the right side.
Is it possible? Can someone explain what to change and which files, to get it ?

I considered a similar reply but thought schturman would know that much. I tried looking around for a more specific answer but it seemed too convoluted for the 20 minutes I had available :-(

Tried many times before posting here. . .
Found in some files and tried to change, the result was ugly and not worked. . . :(
