How to check alarm logs?

How to check what alarm has been set and if it has been triggered? I set alarm, then disabled it and set new one right after. I saw the alarm being enabled because it displayed time left popup. I closed my Insmat cover. Alarm did not go off. Did closing the Insmat cover accidentally disable alarm? Can I check this from log file? Thanks!
Do you mean Alarm events by the default Jolla clock application?
I am pretty sure if there are any event logs for it they are in syslog. Just do "journalctl -a | grep alarm"
