Update sdk and then in sdk under harbour tools the RPM validator.

See release notes for 2.0.0.10 for validate:

"RPM validator accepts now 4 different icon sizes, allowing more versatile 3rd party app icons"

I have found no update in sdk

I have installed : SailfishOSSDK-Beta-1510-Qt5-linux-64-offline.run on ubuntu 15.10

and I get ERROR [/usr/share/icons/hicolor/256x256/apps/harbour-nameapp.png] Installation not allowed in this location ERROR [/usr/share/icons/hicolor/128x128/apps/harbour-nameapp.png] Installation not allowed in this location ERROR [/usr/share/icons/hicolor/108x108/apps/harbour-nameapp.png] Installation not allowed in this location

@HAF-MED Well, just don't care about those errors, tell the situation at Harbour submission form and see if it makes it to the Store. It should since those errors only exist on your side.
