thanks for this update.
Now to me it's clear that as I always believed from the initial rumors, that the investor is commited investing in Jolla but wanted to have a company with less debts. So they delayed the funding "on purpose" to cause Jolla to have a cash crisis and thus negotiate its debt with creditors, who are then somehow forced to accept some loss to cash in some money (few is better than nothing).
Once the debt is negotiated and heavily reduced the funding will come in and Jolla will sail on.
this "crisis" is also an opportunity to lay off some staff with a good excuse.
Sad.
