What is the difference between these? Can we have clearly defined tag for feature requests so that all can be easily seen with one search?

See @eric 's comment here https://together.jolla.com/question/8603/development-roadmap/ The roadmap tag is closely monitored by Jolla and only applied to requests that are officially on the roadmap. The tag will also be removed if you use it yourself.
Feature requests are therefore items that you have requested and would like to have on the roadmap.

I assume roadmap would suggest it is something that is already planned for the future and is on the "roadmap" (a.k.a coming in a software update later on) where as a feature request is something that users feel would add value and as such have "requested" that it would be added in the future.
Basically the easiest explanation would be roadmap is something that IS coming in the future and a feature request is something users WOULD LIKE to see come in the future.
(If I am wrong, tell me - I like learning)
