Browser reader mode

One of features I love from BB10 browser is reader mode. This mode emulates behaviour of an e-reader but for web pages, allowing user to change font size, and be focused on content.

one could start with simple things: when zoomed in to a page letter size should increase, lines should be reflown ( with new breaks).
