Regular btrfs-balancer balance - its normal?

some time ago my Jolla started work slowly. I make question about this - https://together.jolla.com/question/117443/sailfishos-119-so-slowly-its-for-all/. One good guy advice me to do btrfs-operations:

devel-su
btrfs-balancer allocation
btrfs-balancer balance

show info

btrfs fi df /

Reallocate chunks

btrfs balance start -musage=0-dusage=0 /

free up meta data

btrfs balance start / -dlimit=3

but after two weeks jolla started to work slowly. I repeat operation - jolla becomes faster. After that I do this operations regularly - about once every two weeks for two months. And btrfs checker regularly that I have less space, but its not true. After operations notification disapeared. Its normal for Jolla?

yes, the value shown by btrfs is not the overall used space by files but also incl meta

schturman has releaesed an app in harbour for the allocation part, but not for balance part

Btrfs balancing runs each tuesday night per default, do you turn off your phone over night?
