Android package - parsing problem?

I wanted to try out if an android app of a bank i consider opening an account works with sailfish.
When I download the apk and try to install there comes a message:"There is a Problem Parsing the Package ." (roughly translated).
As I am not it-guy (in that way ;) ) - what does this message mean? Anyone who had similar problems with other packages?? And idea if this can be solved?
Recommendation for the app is Android 4.3, I downloaded the apk from here
