in all video and songs Jolla phone use only one speaker,the left one it's a hardware problem or a software bug?

good news: your phone is not broken. bad news: there is only one speaker.
the other side contains a microphone. if you want stereo, you have to use headphones, or make a / wait for a TOH with proper speakers and amp and all.

mgbler ( 2014-01-14 11:52:22 +0200 )I would say the phone has 2 physical speakers. One at the top (the longer groove in the front glass) used for voice calls only at the moment and the second speaker at the bottom left side used for music and alarm and notification sounds.
Maybe the speaker types and quality are too different for playing stereo sounds.
