events view shortcuts accessible from start screen [duplicate]

I think events view shortcuts should be accessible also from start screen (where are mini screens of open applications).

At the moment one must go via events screen and access shortcuts from there. This is a bit nuisance and unnecessary swipes needed to do simple things, for example to set bluetooth on.

Furthermore there is no action for the swipe gesture in question (pull-down menu) at start screen (what is used to access shortcuts from events view), so it would be available and easy to implement.

One more point. When user gets same reaction for the sane swipe it makes the OS more intuitive and consistent. (just like accessing apps from any screen).
